What information this website collectsThis website is a set of static pages: it has no server-side database, uses no cookies, and embeds no analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts. Simply browsing this site does not transmit any personal data to us or to any third party. The only way this site collects personal data is if you use the contact form or the email/phone details on the Contact page. The contact form does not send anything to a server — filling it in and pressing "Send via Email" opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, addressed to hello@aspireengineering.eu. That message is only sent if and when you send it yourself, exactly as if you had written to us directly.

Why we process this information, and our legal basisWe process what you send us by email in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps towards a contract with you. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and, where no contract follows, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us).
